Delivery
Unless agreed in advance to the contrary delivery will be to the address you have provided on the order form within 14 calendar days (or sooner) after you have placed your order or clearance of your cheque if applicable and in any event within 30 calendar days of the day after your order was placed, or after the clearance of a cheque, unless a later date is agreed by you.
If for any reason we cannot deliver within 30 days or the agreed period we will contact you to discuss your options which will include your entitlement to a full refund of any payment you have made.
