Agreement - by accessing this website you consent to the following terms and conditions of use. We value your custom and our reputation and these will always be important to us. We will be pleased to take your order by telephone, email or through this website. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any questions, please contact us. VAT registration number GB 329614742 "Goods" means the products offered for sale by us on this web site and the subject of the order made by you. "You" means the person ordering goods from us. We will treat each order from you for goods or services as an offer by you to purchase the goods or services subject to these terms and conditions. You have an obligation to pay for all goods ordered. Goods are supplied only to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. It will specify the goods you ordered, the cost including VAT delivery and packaging charges. If for any reason we cannot supply the requested goods we will contact you and if appropriate suggest alternatives. Despatch by us of your goods signifies acceptance of your order.

Delivery
Unless agreed in advance to the contrary delivery will be to the address you have provided on the order form within 14 calendar days (or sooner) after you have placed your order or clearance of your cheque if applicable and in any event within 30 calendar days of the day after your order was placed, or after the clearance of a cheque, unless a later date is agreed by you. If for any reason we cannot deliver within 30 days or the agreed period we will contact you to discuss your options which will include your entitlement to a full refund of any payment you have made.

Prices
All prices are in Sterling and include Value Added Tax at the current rate applicable.

Warranties
All goods offered on this site are new and carry the manufacturer's guarantee. Unless otherwise stated the guarantee period is one year.

Payment
By placing an order you authorise us to process a credit card, debit card or charge card payment for the total sale amount. Card payments made through this website will be processed by Opayo. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or PayPal. If the issuer of your payment card or PayPal refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. By prior agreement you may pay us by cheque. If we agree to accept payment by cheque please allow at least seven working days for your cheque to clear. Cheques must be drawn on a UK Bank and no goods will be despatched until your payment has cleared.

Your right to cancel
You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods. If you write on hard copy (paper) you must sign and date in pen. You will be responsible for the costs and safe return of the goods to us. You may wish to consider insurance for the return of expensive items. Refunds in respect of returned goods and the cost of our standard delivery to you will be within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back. We will make this refund by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Goods must be returned to us at our partner company addresed to Returns, Bogod and Company Ltd, Fortran Road, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0WJ unused and in saleable condition suitably packaged including the original packing. You will be responsible for the cost of return. If you have handled the goods more than was necessary to decide if they were suitable, you may be liable to us for compensation up to the purchase price. Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be considered where the manufacturer"s seal has been broken or the packaging of any "software", medium carrying computer files, memory cards or sticks, disks, Compact Disks (CDs) Digital Versatile Disks (DVDs) or diskettes, has been opened or interfered with.

Our right to cancel
The Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made at its absolute discretion. If the goods you order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or to cancel your order. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail or in writing, whichever is appropriate within 14 days of cancellation. We will make this refund by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation.

Descriptions
Illustrations are not to scale and some minor variations in appearance may occur. We have no control over the way colours are displayed on the computer or other device you may use to browse.

Ownership and responsibility
The goods will be at your risk and responsibility from the time we despatch your goods for delivery. You may wish to consider insurance for high cost items. Ownership of the goods will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges.

Events outside our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes.

Exclusion and limitation of liability
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company does not give or make any warranties or representations in relation to the Goods, including without limitation, the origin and/or manufacture of the Goods. All warranties, representations, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law (save for the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from a Contract or otherwise in relation to the Goods. Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude or limit the Supplier's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Supplier's negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the above: (a) the Supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of a Contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods sold under a Contract; and (b) the Supplier shall not be liable to the Buyer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, business or depletion of goodwill), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the Contract.

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of, or enjoy any benefit under, this Agreement.

Content changes and accuracy of information
We may make changes to the contents of this website, including to the descriptions and prices of goods and services advertised, at any time and without notice. If a specification changes from that on our website you will be advised of any differences at the time of order and have the opportunity to reconsider.

English language
All matters in relation to this website before, during and after sales, in writing or otherwise will be conducted in the English language.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. All disputes arising out of your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
