Evolution Grease Filter. This must be cleaned at least once a month, using non-aggressive detergents, in a dishwasher, which must be set to a low temperature and a short cycle (Tmax: 70°C). The filter must be dried in an oven for one hour at a max temperature of 100°C; if the filter is still moist, repeat the operation. Replace the filter at least every 2 years.
